Operating from Davie, Florida, just north of Miami, Bob has 35 years experience as a public speaker, educator, Trainer, manager, motivator and auctioneer, involved in fund raising for local charities in the South Florida area. He has participated in raising over a million dollars for the Cystic Fibrosis Association and over a million dollars for the Gary Player Foundation of West Palm Beach, licensed as both a real estate broker and auctioneer in the State of Florida, Bob is a graduate of Westminster College in Princeton, New Jersey, with a Masters Degree from Trenton State College in Trenton, New Jersey, completed auction school at Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in High Point, NC, holds the CAI designation and is a former instructor for the Auction Marketing Institute. Bob has conducted hundreds of auction sales, including residential, commercial and resort real estate auctions handled in conjunction with Carolina Auction Team, Inc. Sales conducted with Carolina Auction Team, Inc. range from small transactions to the $6 ½ million Eagle Ridge Development sale.
