Rachel Smith Yelton began her career in the auction business at the age of 12 years old, when she began addressing brochures on the kitchen table & registering customers at auctions.  She’s attended virtually every auction sale Carolina Auction Team conducted since, with her father, Jim Smith.

Since 1996, Rachel has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer.  She has been responsible for originating, organizing and executing executive responsibility in the conduct of real estate auction sales including large acreage tracts, farmland, single family homes, major resort residential transactions, commercial/industrial transactions.  Rachel has worked in real estate auction transactions across the Carolinas, North Georgia, East Tennessee and in Southern Florida.

Rachel is an accomplished horseman, having participated in rodeos with her Father, was a member of the University of South Carolina Skydiving Club and danced for the University’s Carolina Coquettes Dance Line.

Together with a full time commitment to the auction marketing profession, Rachel is married to Bryan Yelton & she is raising three children (the 4^th generation leadership of Carolina Auction Team), Little Jimmy, Mary Melissa and Anna Claire, teaches Sunday School and Children’s Church and actively participates in civic undertakings.
