Chuck has been associated with Carolina Auction Team since 1986, Executive Officer & Principal in Carolina Auction Team since 1994.  He has been responsible for hundreds of real estate auction transactions including resort residential properties, commercial & industrial properties, farmland & acreage tracts, “first time on the market” developments, subdivision lots, other types of real estate and a wide variety of personal property including farm machinery, heavy equipment and industrial machinery.
