• Presently owns and operates one of the most successful real estate brokerage operations in Western North Carolina “ReMax in the Mountains”, with his wife & partner, Vicki Kimsey, who is also a multi-million dollar real estate producer and 3 times ReMax Platinum Club Member

REAL ESTATE AUCTION EXPERIENCE

• Associated with Carolina Auction Team, Inc. for 16 years
• Executive Officer & Regional Vice President since 1989, Originated, organized, performed development work in and performed executive  responsibilities with the conduct of major real estate auction transactions, including the largest two land auctions in recent Western North Carolina history, the largest land & condominium auction in the history of North Georgia at Sky Valley Resort,  organized and promoted real estate auctions of single family residences, acreage & farms, commercial real estate, office buildings, resort/residential communities, acquired and  developed for sale at auction resort residential properties, farmland & acreage tracts,  widely recognized as one of the most successful real estate auction marketing executives in the Carolinas
