A native of low State South Carolina, Alice has been involved in real estate auction marketing for about 30 years and has  originated, promoted and participated in real estate transactions across the Carolinas, North Georgia and Florida, a member of the Orangeburg Board of REALTORS, South Carolina  Association of REALTORS & National Association of REALTORS and a seasoned,  veteran auction executive.  Alice is a former member of the Orangeburg Board of  REALTORS Million Dollar Club, active in church work and President of the Hickory Hills Development Association.  She has extensive experience in the real estate brokerage and  development professions.
