Many of the record setting and multi-million dollar
real estate auction transactions we’ve handled over the
past three decades occurred in cooperation with our
broker and REALTOR colleagues. We actively solicit the
referral of your Sellers to Carolina Auction Team for
potential auction events.
REALTORS and auction marketing are a NATURAL FIT –
you have a clear presence in the market and often may
have a seller who fits the auction method of marketing.
We know that many times you list a property and have
a full price, cash buyer waiting – a slam dunk deal.
Many times normal real estate marketing tools are an
effective way to merchandise the properties you list.
Occasionally you may have a situation which fits
auction marketing of real estate and possibly of related
personal assets.
Because of your name recognition in the market, you
may know of an opportunity which will work at auction –
and – when you do – we’re always there to work with you.
We’ll handle any size real estate transaction
together with you – whether your client has a single
family house, a few subdivision lots, a small farm or a
multi-million dollar real estate transaction – we’re
always available to work with you, and – our service is
turnkey, requiring a minimum time commitment from you.

we’ll always respond immediately.
Your client relationship with the Seller is protected
and referral fees are always paid immediately after
closing.
As the referring broker in an auction event – your
responsibility consists primarily of introducing a
qualified prospect. The benefits you receive include:

extensive list of residential & commercial brokers
we’ve conducted real estate auctions with on the
