Many of the record setting and multi-million dollar real estate auction transactions we’ve handled over the past three decades occurred in cooperation with our broker and REALTOR colleagues. We actively solicit the referral of your Sellers to Carolina Auction Team for potential auction events.

REALTORS and auction marketing are a NATURAL FIT – you have a clear presence in the market and often may have a seller who fits the auction method of marketing.

We know that many times you list a property and have a full price, cash buyer waiting – a slam dunk deal.

Many times normal real estate marketing tools are an effective way to merchandise the properties you list.

Occasionally you may have a situation which fits auction marketing of real estate and possibly of related personal assets.

Because of your name recognition in the market, you may know of an opportunity which will work at auction – and – when you do – we’re always there to work with you.

We’ll handle any size real estate transaction together with you – whether your client has a single family house, a few subdivision lots, a small farm or a multi-million dollar real estate transaction – we’re always available to work with you, and – our service is turnkey, requiring a minimum time commitment from you.

There is no obligation when you call Carolina Auction Team to evaluate a property for auction marketing and we’ll always respond immediately.

Your client relationship with the Seller is protected and referral fees are always paid immediately after closing.

As the referring broker in an auction event – your responsibility consists primarily of introducing a qualified prospect. The benefits you receive include:

  • You can earn referral fees on properties located outside your normal market area - we will aggressively work your prospect anywhere in the Southeast and if necessary, match you up with a competent colleague west of the Mississippi River
  • You can earn referral fees on personal property included in the real estate transaction, such as farm machinery & equipment, heavy equipment, rolling stock, livestock, antiques, collectibles, F,F &E, industrial equipment and a wide variety of personal property
