Broker Participation

Broker participation in Carolina Auction Team real estate events is encouraged, welcomed and appreciated.

We are very conscious that as a broker, you have access to buyers for properties being sold at auction - and - we want your buyers at our auction events.

For decades, Carolina Auction Team has solicited and encouraged the participation of real estate brokers and salesmen in bringing buyers to our auction events, in exchange for a generous fee.

There are specific rules & guidelines concerning registration of your prospect and qualifications to earn your referral fee. Please call our office and we'll gladly fax or e-mail your prospect registration forms, discuss fee arrangements and get you and your customer in the deal.

Broker participation fees are paid immediately at closing and we strive to maintain excellent relationships with our REALTOR colleagues.
